Name the outcome
Describe the work, responsibility or direction you want to explore. Include why it matters to you. Keep the goal grounded in your current situation and commitments.
Separate outcomes from actions
An employer controls a hiring decision. You control how thoughtfully you research, prepare and apply. Track the actions you can influence while learning from the outcomes.
Make room for the work
Choose a realistic weekly routine. You might spend one session researching roles, one improving an application and one practicing an interview example. A modest routine that happens is useful.
Review what the evidence says
At the end of each week, ask what you learned and what remains unclear. If your applications are not leading to conversations, examine role fit and the evidence in your materials before simply applying more.
